Mango-Macadamia Protein Smoothie

I love this smoothie because it's simple, perfect for summer, and helps me get a little more protein in at the end of the day, because no one wants to be trying to force down another chicken breast at 8pm.

Ingredients:

1 cup soy milk

1 cup frozen or fresh, blend of mango, pineapple, and papaya

0.5 oz macadamia nuts

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein (I use Gold Standard Whey Protein)

Ice (especially important if you're using fresh fruit)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
