Hey, I'm Courtney

I'm a wife and mama to two. I have a B.S. in chemistry and work full time doing research and development work in cancer genetics. I'm also a certified yoga instructor and run my insta and blog on the side. I like to think I'm well rounded.

 

I know what it's like to not feel like there are enough hours in the day, but I truly believe you can have everything you want if you plan and work hard. 

 

Our life is a busy one, but I love every moment. 

 

I originally started my instagram and blog to document my progress and stay motivated as I worked to get back in shape after my first pregnancy. It quickly turned into a place for me to connect with like-minded women all over the world who shared my same struggles and goals.

 

When I started my fitness journey all I knew was that I was unhappy with how I looked, but it turned into so much more than that. I found self-love, an amazing community of supportive and badass women, and have been able to prove that weight doesn't define you, pregnancy doesn't ruin you, and even with busy schedules, you can achieve your health and fitness goals.

 

I've tried so many different approaches to fitness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle some of which were confusing and overwhelming. However, through experimenting with different methods, I've found what works best for my body and it's really changed my life in so many ways.  I'm passionate about sharing that with others.

 

I'm here  inspire and be inspired. I want to share my journey and help others on theirs. You can have the life and body you want if you're wiling to love yourself, work hard, and trust the journey. Let's do this together.
